Was loosing on just the 16 hour fast, but when I tried to convert over to Keto I quit loosing so I am really confused now and have Cutie oranges going to waste along with about 3/4 of my pantry. What to do? I downloaded the app Carb Manager to help me count my carbs. I have been obsessively accurate in entering the info. Supposedly I am under my required carb count each night but am actually gaining .2 pounds each night. So what is going on? It must be too much protein. But I thought the 16 hour fast/8 hr eating window would take care of that. Obviously not. So I really am confused. Yesterday the app said I had 63% fat, 10% carbs, 27% protein. with a total of 21 net carbs. Way under the 30 carb limit. What am I doing wrong? Guess I’d better get this book and see.
